lol yeah it says you've only posted from one IP range, 68.238.26.*** (I starred out the last 3). Like for me since i've posted from two hostnames it will tell me both IPs and hostnames.  Doesn't look like you share any IPs with other users so I don't suspect you have a duplicate account lol

how about if you have 3 different users posting off the same desktop, will each have its own ip addy or will it look like the person has 3 accounts?

Yes, they will have the same IP.  I see your three users. If any of them was an anonymous-type user, not affilliated, etc, then I'd be concerned about a duplicate account.
