Once you've registered, you should see the main board.  In the default layout, I've shown arrows to the Menu Bar, the Main Boards/Posts, and how to post a New Topic



In the Menu Bar, click on PROFILE.  This will let you edit your Account, Profile, Themes, and other Settings



The LAYOUT page will allow you to tweak what you see and don't see.  Notice up top you can change your CURRENT THEME (aka skin)
