yeah in Chrome, IE, and Firefox I have been recently trying to get it to work but the "windows media player taskbar thing" no longer shows up when u select songs to play.

I downloaded all the necessary windows media plugins (or add-ons as they say for firefox) but to no avail...maybe i didnt install them properly...in any case - anyone else having the same problem? any solution?

Works for me. I don't do that play on wmp copy the link, and paste it and save as stuff. I just play it in flash player and rip it from there; so it saves it in a mp3 format and it makes it easier to add it on to itunes.

^That's what I do. If you have the download helper, you can just play the whole album in Flash Player, and just use download helper to rip w/e songs you want while the song is still playing. Just don't change the name of the song until after it's done ripping. That's all. So much easier than ripping each song one by one using wmp.

the way i do it is. . .(make sure ur in Internet Explorer ONLY) i wait for the whole song to load, then i take the player indicator all the way press play untill it finishes, then starts again, then i go to Tools - Internet Options - (Under Browsing Histroy) Settings - View Files, and scroll down till i find the file in mp3 format copy paste on to ur designated folder, and i just rename it!! its a long process, but its easy, how do u get a whole album?? in one shot?? if theres any way plz post??!!

all types of Browers will be there select what ever you are using

Minimize it play the song from pz10 in WMP or Flash

ok guys i need some serious help with this issue...

so before, i always used to do wat someone above me said...on my old laptop, i would play the song (only in IE, and with WMP), let the song finish till the end, then i could find it in my temp int. files as WMA format (never found it in mp3)...now i got a new laptop, but my temp. int files are hidden or something, because anytime i play a song and repeat the process above (or go to ANY webpage), the only thing that shows up is the icon of website in my temp. int. files....for example, if i went to espn.com, it would have a espn icon, but no pages for cookies, just the espn icon in the temp. int. files...for pz10, nothing shows up at all

...i tried using that freezilla thing in the post above me, but that only worked for some songs on some albums...can anyone please help me out here? i tried to go into my comp and make sure that all files are shown (none are hidden), but it didnt make a difference because nothing still shows up in my temp. internet files...and for the mozilla add on, the only one i could find was the flash video one, but i couldnt really get that one to work either...this is like an urgent issue for me lol, so any help would be greatly appreciated...feel free to PM if that is easier...thanks again! lets see how smart u btfers are hahaha

the old method works for me in firefox now (opening it in windows mplayer, right clicking, copying the location url etc etc)...dunno why all of sudden it came back....

That add on that Swi and I were talking about does rip audio as well. It can practically rip any thing, audio or video. If you get like the full registered version, it can even rip only a mp3 of a video as well; if that's what you were referring to.

When i right click there's a menu under "Download Helper" but then what do i do?

Arjun, try playing it in flash player. Then, while the song you want is playing, go back to the page with pz10 and go to the left hand side by your address bar. There should be a picture of like 3 balls (blue yellow and red) with an arrow beside it. Click that arrow, and list should pop up with all the songs you've played; actually, a list of every thing that IS downloadable on the page will be under there. You're song should appear as 12345-n; n meaning the track you're listening to. Click the one that matches your track and save it. Don't rename it until its done downloading. Changing the name will make it not work.

Hit me up if you run into any problems.
