How do I make a stutter effect?

Like I wanna take a sound effect that goes Chak De, but I want it to sound like Chak chch Chak chch Chak De. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Basically what you do is split the track right after you hear the sample play 'Ch-' then copy and paste it a few times and then add the rest of the sample after it
