Punjabi lyrics used in traditional bhangra. Bolis sometimes correspond with traditional bhangra steps/styles (such as jugni boliyaan with the style 'jugni'). Other boliyaan are used with various bhangra steps (i.e. Mirza, Dhamaal, Phummnia, etc.) Boliyaan can be sung/spoken without instruments, such as family gatherings, weddings, etc., or used in traditional bhangra routines.
